- Work experience in logistics, material delivery executive position
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the “Lean” systems
- Open-minded and Flexible
- Willingness to take responsibility and self-managed
- Computer literacy (Office, Windows, Internet, database knowledge welcome)
- Fluent command of business English

Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and optimizing the material delivery channels
- Executing the deliveries
- Continuous improvement and research of the delivery system
- Participation on strategic planning of material management
Job Description
- Constant research and improvement of existing material delivery system (increasing the awareness of applicable trends within the company)
- Organizing and optimizing delivery channels to all customers in different territories
Contact with licensors and optimizing material suppliers base - Secure and organize deliveries for theatrical releases:
- Responsible for timely deliveries to distribution partners
Research the total material need (number of digital/35 mm prints)
Material price negotiation, evaluating alternatives
Order Material
Approving Material Invoices
Material Reclaim if applicable - Secure and organize deliveries for Home Entertainment and VOD clients:Order and prepare material according to the contract specifications (both format and delivery conditions)
Material shipments
Prevent and solve potential material claims - Secure and organize deliveries for TV clients:
- -Prepare and order material according to contract specifications (both formats and delivery conditions)

- Maintain clear overview of the material deliveries
- Continuous improvement of all processes within material management
