The world’s most powerful empires (US, Russia, England, France and China) are united to save the world from a new group of terrorists who have formed a top secret group. These guys are worse than ISIS. Instead of going after towns in unstable countries, they operate completely in secret. Everyone including their leaders wear black masks, concealing their identity and only their leader is allowed to see his men without a mask on.
