Killing Gunter - for the first time in Romania on Pro TV!

Pro TV will broadcast on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at 22:15, the premiere of the action film distributed by Prorom, Killing Gunther, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Taran Killam.

Gunther is the world's greatest hitman and there are plenty of reasons to want to kill him. He's arrogant, he's a showoff, he steals jobs and frankly the assassin community is tired of it.

Determined to retire Gunther for good, a group of eccentric killers from across the globe come together to set the perfect trap.
But their master plan quickly turns into a series of embarrassing fails as Gunther stays one step ahead, toying with them and taking them out one by one in mocking fashion.

Soon they learn they've only been unwitting pawns in Gunther's game. Down but not out, the remaining team pulls it together to make one last assault. And in a furious finale filled with hilarious twists and turns, they discover they've finally killed Gunther. Or have they?

Killing Gunther is directed by Taran Killam and stars Taran Killam, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dave 'Squatch' Ward, Bobby Moynihan and Hannah Simone.

Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) is the world's foremost authority on structural security.

After analyzing every high security prison and learning a vast array of survival skills so he can design escape-proof prisons, his skills are put to the test.

He's framed and incarcerated in a master prison The Tomb. He needs to escape and find the person who put him behind bars.
Breslin has no choice and is forced to enlist the help of the mysterious Emil Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) to help him survive the violence and intrigue in the Tomb.

The movie is directed by Mikael Håfström (Evil, Derailed, 1408) and stars Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Caviezel , Faran Tahir, Amy Ryan, Sam Neill, Vincent D'Onofrio, Vinnie Jones and 50 Cent.

Channing Tatum and Jamie Bell in The Eagle - Friday, May 1 on Antena 1

Prorom movies can also be seen on TV! On Friday, May 1, 2020, we invite you to see on Antena 1 the action and adventure film The Eagle, starring Channing Tatum, Jamie Bell and Donald Sutherland.

In 140 AD, young centurion Marcus Aquila (Channing Tatum) arrives from Rome to solve the mystery and restore the reputation of his father, the commander of the Ninth.

Accompanied only by his British slave Esca (Jamie Bell), Marcus sets out across Hadrian's Wall into the uncharted highlands of Caledonia - to confront its savage tribes, make peace with his father's memory, and retrieve the lost legion's golden emblem, the Eagle of the Ninth.

The film is directed by Kevin Macdonald (The Last King of Scotland, State of Play, Black Sea).

The Eagle can be seen on Antena 1 as follows: Friday, May 1, at 22:45 and on Saturday, May 2 at 01:30.

After Movie Celebrated 1-Year Anniversary

The After movie franchise celebrated one year anniversary since the first movie was released in theaters!

To honor the big day over the weekend (April 12), the After Twitter account shared a new clip of stars Hero Fiennes-Tiffin and Josephine Langford.

On Sunday afternoon, there was a global Twitter watch-along of the movie, (which is currently available on DVD) as well as fan Q&As with Shane Paul McGhie, who plays Landon, and Samuel Larsen, who plays Zed.

The After team also posted never-before-seen pictures from the set of After featuring leads Hero Fiennes-Tiffin (Hardin), Josephine Langford (Tessa), as well as Shane and author Anna Todd.

Hero and Samuel also shared special anniversary posts on social media. Hero re-posted a photo from the After premiere back in 2019 on his Instagram Story, writing, "Crazy how it's been a whole year! So grateful for everything. P.S. We ain't done yet!".

Veteran Actor Brian Dennehy, First Blood & Cocoon Star, Dies At 81

Brian Dennehy, the Golden Globe-winning actor whose career in movies, TV and the stage spanned nearly half a century, has died. He was 81.

The actor died Wednesday of natural causes at his home in New Haven, Connecticut.

Instantly recognizable for the past four decades, Dennehy broke out with his role as a small-town sheriff who hassles John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) in the 1982 actioner First Blood. The lawman pushes the wandering Vietnam vet too far and gets much more than he bargained for. He first teamed with Stallone in the 1978 labor-union drama F.I.S.T.

He went on to appear in such varied films as Gorky Park (1983), Cocoon (1985), Silverado (1985), F/X (1986), Presumed Innocent (1990), Tommy Boy (1995), Romeo + Juliet (1996), and most recently 3 Days with Dad (2019). He also voiced Django, the father of Remy in Pixar’s animation Ratatouille (2007).

Dennehy won Golden Globe and SAG awards and scored an Emmy nomination for his lead role as Willy Loman in the 2001 miniseries Death of a Salesman. Dennehy had won also two Tony Awards, one for Death of a Salesman, and one for playing James Tyrone in Long Day’s Journey Into Night in 2003.
